Welcome to Gracelane Kennels! We’re excited to have you and your pet join our family.
Setting up your Paw Partner account gives you one simple place to book boarding, daycare, and other services, manage appointments and schedules, upload vaccination records, and receive confirmations, reminders, and important updates related to your pet’s stay.
Below, you’ll find a clear set of steps to help you get set up quickly — most new customers are up and running in just a few minutes.
step 1: Create a new paw partner account
Creating an account is quick and simple. You’ll be asked for:
Your name and contact details
An emergency contact
Your address
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to view your dashboard, book services, and manage your pet’s profile.
Step 2: Digitally sIGN our BOARDING AGREEMENT
After you’ve set up your account, you’ll be prompted to review and sign Gracelane’s boarding agreement electronically.
This can be completed on your phone, tablet, or computer — no printing required.
Step 3: Add Your pet to the system
Next, add your pet’s information so we have all the details our team needs to provide great care.
You’ll enter:
Pet name and breed
Feeding and medication instructions
Personality or special notes
This helps us tailor care to your pet’s needs.
(Optional) Step 4: Submit VACCINATION records
We require up-to-date vaccines before your dog’s arrival, and the easiest way to submit them is through your Paw Partner dashboard. If you prefer not to upload electronically, you can also bring documents with you at drop-off or send them with our delivery driver.
