New Customer On-boarding
Welcome to the Gracelane Kennels family! We're so excited to have you and your beloved pet.
With an online account, you'll have one place to schedule your dog or cat for boarding (highly recommended), purchase boarding packages, request grooming appointments, upload vaccination documents, receive email confirmations of appointments, vaccination reminders, and so much more.
Below, you'll find a detailed guide in regards to our on-boarding process. If you have any questions, let us know!
step 1: Create an account
Creating an account is easy, and takes about 5 minutes! When you click the Create an Account button below, you'll be taken to a separate tab where you'll be asked for some information about yourself—your name, email, phone number, address, emergency contact, and so on.

Step 2: Digitally sIGN our BOARDING AGREEMENT
Once you complete the account creation process and enter in the information about yourself, you'll be asked to sign our boarding agreement, which you can sign directly from your cell phone, tablet, or computer.

Step 3: Add Your pet to the system
Once you've completed those two steps, you're completely done! If you'd like to save yourself some time and hassle, you can submit your vaccination records on your new Account Dashboard, which we are required to have either prior to your dog's arrival to Gracelane, or on arrival at Gracelane.
If you would rather not upload your vaccination information online, that's perfectly fine! Simply bring it when you drop your dog off, or send it with our delivery driver, and you'll be good to go.

(Optional) Step 4: Submit VACCINATION records
Once you've completed those two steps, you're completely done! If you'd like to save yourself some time and hassle, you can submit your vaccination records on your new Account Dashboard, which we are required to have either prior to your dog's arrival to Gracelane, or on arrival at Gracelane.
